About 30km southwest of the Da Nang centre, the Hoa Vang District Party Committee's revolutionary base is located in Phu Tuc Village, Hoa Phu Commune, at a height of over 200m above ground level. It was one of the city’s most important revolutionary bases during the anti-US resistance war.

The construction of the relic site began in 2003 and it was completed in 2004 at a cost of more than 3.3 billion VND.

The site features an exhibition house which was built at the foot of the mountain. On display there are some documents and artifacts relating to Vietnamese revolutionary soldiers during the 2 past resistance wars.

Despite many ups and downs over the past decades, the relic site still keep its pristine and idyllic features with many giant rocks such as Da Nang Stone and Non Nuoc Stone.

As visiting the Da Nang Stone, you will have the opportunity to explore the beauty of Da Nang, and a small and long river originating from the foot of the mountain, from above as if to remind younger generations about remarkable victories made by revolutionary soldiers during the struggle against the enemy for the nation's independence and freedom.

In 2014, the site was officially recognised as a national-level historical and cultural relic site.

Currently, the relic site has been included in a list of popular attractions in Hoa Vang District. The most popular are Hoa Vang District Party Committee's revolutionary base- Guol Houses- Ruou Can Phu Tuc (rice wine drunk out of a jar through pipes)- Co Tu Cuisine, and Tuy Loan Market-Tuy Loan Village Communal House-Thai Lai Village- Hoa Vang District Party Committee's revolutionary base- Ruou Can Phu Tuc (rice wine drunk out of a jar through pipes)-Guol Houses- Tuy Loan Rice Paper and Quang Noodle Making Villages tours.
