The Da Nang Tourism Promotion Centre has recently cooperated with the city’s Travel Association to organize a golf tour for representatives from more than 30 travel agencies across the city, aimed at promoting the development of the local golf tourism.

Participants have conducted surveys and experienced services at golf courses in Central Viet Nam, including BRG Da Nang Golf Course and Hoiana Shores Golf Club.

The purpose has been to develop golf-related tour packages for tourists, as well as create closer links between Da Nang’s travel agencies and golf courses in Central Viet Nam to stimulate tourism market and be ready to launch golf tourism in 2022.

This year, the city’s tourism industry will continue to promote the high-end tourism segment with a focus on golf tourism and M.I.C.E (Meetings-Incentives-Conferences-Exhibitions) tourism for large corporations and units.

Specifically, an array of golf tourism stimulus activities is scheduled to be held in Da Nang in 2022, including the Da Nang Open Golf in late March, the final round of the Miss Golf Viet Nam 2022.

Additionally, the city's tourism industry plans to coordinate with the Golf Course Alliance in Central Viet Nam to host the Asian Development Tour and Mena Tour, professional golf tournaments in Asia, in October.
