This morning, May 21, the museum hosted a talk show themed "Decorative arts at Da Nang’s village communal house through mascot-related projects".

The event provided the opportunity for people, especially young generations, to learn about history, culture, and typical architectural works of fishing villages in the city, including Whale’s Temple, and roofs of village communal house now and then.

The intention of the talk show is to call for the community’s joint efforts in preserving and promoting the cultural values of fishing villages associated with tourism in the future.

In addition, on May 21 and 22, the Museum of Da Nang is partnering with the Da Nang Orchid Club under the city's Bonsai Association to organise the Orchid Festival 2022.
