The exhibition themed 'Da Nang Fine Arts 2022' officially opened at the Fine Arts Museum, 78 Le Duan, on Saturday.

Co-organised by the museum and the municipal Fine Arts Association, the exhibition aims to celebrate the 71st anniversary of the Traditional Day of Viet Nam Fine Arts (December 10, 1951-2021), and the 65th birthday of the Viet Nam Fine Arts Association (1957 - 2021).

Also, its purpose is to encourage the spirit of creativity and honour the artistic achievements of painters and sculptors citywide.

On display at the event are 40 arts works of diverse materials and genres made by 30 painters and sculptors citywide who are members and collaborators of the city’s Fine Arts Association. Each work is a stage of emotions, exploration, experience, and inspiration of each author. All together create a colourful picture for Da Nang’s arts over the past year.

Through the exhibition, the Arts Council of the municipal Fine Arts Association will evaluate and select typical works for display and award to authors with excellent works of the year.

The exhibition runs until the end of January 6, 2023, in order to meet the public's demand for enjoying arts during the New Year 2023 holiday.
