Son Tra District' image promoted through MVs
The Son Tra District Authority has coordinated with relevant units to implement many music videos (MVs) to spread beautiful images of tourism, local residents and nature in the district, contributing to the impression of a civilised, friendly and hospitable destination to locals and visitors.

According to the Centre for Culture, Information and Sports of Son Tra District, since 2022, the district has coordinated with units to make 8 MVs to promote images of Son Tra cuisine, Dong Dinh Museum, Linh Ung Pagoda, red-shanked douc langurs, recognized as 'queen' of the primate species, Stand up paddleboarding (SUP) activities, and fishing villages. Some MVs were filmed in Son Tra such as ‘The Rise’, ‘Who took you away’, ‘The only flower’ and ‘Who brings loneliness away’.
At the end of April, the centre, May Link Company and ICM Entertainment Company jointly organised an arts programme to introduce MV to promote the image of Son Tra District with the theme ‘Great Son Tra’ to locals and visitors.
The MV ‘The Rise’, as a joint brainchild of DJ VA and ICM Entertaiment, features the landmarks and beauties of Son Tra District such as the long coastline, Linh Ung Pagoda, and Son Tra Mountain, Dragon and Love bridges and major roads. On social networking platforms, most of the comments show a deep impression on these beautiful scenes.
Similarly, during the second time coming to Da Nang, singer Ho Tan Phuc felt very happy and had a good impression of the people and scenery here. “During my return, I had the opportunity to visit the Linh Ung Pagoda. The view from here is very beautiful. I hope Da Nang, and Son Tra in particular, will always be beautiful to attract tourists for sightseeing and travel experience”, said Phuc.
According to Mr. Le Van Tan Nhat from Nai Hien Dong Ward, Son Tra District, through promotional MVs, the image of Son Tra District, and Da Nang as a whole, becomes very impressive and highly eye-catching.
This is a new form of advertising, which needs to be spread widely so that many people and tourists at home and abroad know about Son Tra, thereby attracting tourists from all over the world for relaxations, travelling and experience there.
According to Mr. Vu The He, the Director of the Son Tra District Centre for Culture, Information and Sports, the coordination in the implementation of MVs and the organisation of an arts program to introduce MVs to promote the image of Son Tra District has brought many positive results. For example, the programme ‘Great Son Tra’, held on the evening of April 28, attracted a large number of residents and visitors, with more than 6,000 views and 871 shares.
“The image of Son Tra District expressed through MVs is a new approach to promote tourism. In the coming time, we will continue with this trend to reach a target of creating a strong spread and luring a large number of tourists at home and abroad to visit the beautiful scenery, experience the cuisine and enjoy the vibrant atmosphere in Son Tra”, remarked Mr. He.
