The event attracted more than 30 chefs from hotels, restaurants and cruise ships citywide.
During the event, artisan Hong Loan with practical experience and in-depth knowledge of traditional Hue cuisine directly guided and shared her experience in preparing Hue-style rice beef noodle and ‘banh beo’ (Vietnamese bloating fern-shaped cake) to the participating chefs.
The participating chefs directly practiced preparing dishes under the supervision of the artisan and exchanged about culinary spirit.
The training course aimed to help tourism service providers in the city improve the quality of their services, contributing to promoting culinary products as unique ones to lure more domestic and international visitors to Da Nang; as well as build a brand, preserve and enhance the exchange of traditional local culinary culture.
