Authorities in Da Nang’s Ngu Hanh Son District have just issued a plan to launch an art photo contest next year.

The Marble Mountains site is considered as a precious gift of nature endowed to the city

Co-organised by the district authorities and the Da Nang Artistic Photography Association, the contest aims to encourage artists to create new works of value in terms of content and art, serving the people's spiritual and cultural life.

Along with that, it contributes to introducing and promoting the images of natural landscape and historical relics, and the beauty of local people in Ngu Hanh Son District to the domestic and international public.

Participants can send their photos to the organisers from January 2, 2024 - March 1, 2024.

The awards ceremony and the exhibition are scheduled to take place between March 25 - 28, 2024, aiming to celebrate the 49^th anniversary of the Liberation Day of Da Nang (March 29).

Winning prize works will be considered for the annual Excellent Photography Award of the municipal Artistic Photography Association. Meanwhile, works selected for the exhibition will be considered for admission to the association.
