A seminar to introduce tourism products of Kisarazu City, Chiba Province, Japan, took place in Da Nang on Tuesday.

Hosted by the Kisarazu Tourism Promotion Division, the event attracted nearly 80 tourism service providers based in Da Nang in particular, and the central region in general.

During the event, the seminar attendees were introduced to destinations, services, cuisine, tours and famous cultural festivals in Kisarazu City, including the Kisarazu Port Festival, the Kozoji Temple, the Cosmos Road, and Odayama Hill.

Visitors to Kisarazu will have the opportunity to see cherry blossoms in spring, enjoy fireworks festivals in summer, visit agricultural production sites in autumn, and experience skiing in winter.

With the 3-day 2-night tour, Vietnamese tourists will experience traditional Japanese culture; visit temples; enjoy local cuisine; watch fireworks on weekends; visit organic cities; and eco-friendly parks and farms; and go shopping at shopping malls.

Tourism and service businesses in Da Nang and central region showed their keen interest in incentive programmes and support policies when bringing guests to Chiba, plus the quality of tours and experience for Vietnamese guests.

At the same time, they discussed cooperation solutions between the two localities to lure more incoming and outgoing visitors in the future.

The event provided also an opportunity for businesses from Da Nang and Japan to meet and connect for future cooperation.

Kisarazu is a famous tourist city in Chiba Prefecture, Japan. It is 60 minutes from the Narita International Airport by road and 30 minutes from Haneda Airport by car through the unique sea tunnel of the Tokyo Bay Aqua Line.
