The Quang Nam Food and Culture Festival 2023 is scheduled to take place from December 30, 2023 - January 1, 2024, with a wide range of fascinating activities, as announced by authorities in Quang Nam Province at a press conference held in the locality on Monday.

The 3-day event, the first of its kind in the locality, will feature a space to display, introduce and experience culinary culture, tourism, and OCOP products with a scale of about 50 booths from 18 cities, districts and towns in Quang Nam and its 4 neighbouring localities of Da Nang, Binh Dinh, Khanh Hoa and Thua Thien Hue, plus a highlands province.

Additionally, there will be a programme to honour Quang Nam Province’s culinary cultural values; a Quang noodle cooking class for politicians, and domestic and foreign tourists; and many entertainment and cultural and cuisine exchange activities.

The festival aims to honour, preserve and promote the cultural, culinary and tourism values of Quang Nam Province; as well as promote and spread tangible and intangible cultural values, resources and tourism products to tourists from near and far.

It contributes to advertising typical cuisine and agricultural products of the province and other regions in the country, and exchanging culinary culture with international friends, thereby enhancing the position and image of the country and people of Viet Nam in general, and those of Quang Nam Province in particular.
