The Da Nang Department of Construction said on Sunday that following a recent instruction from the municipal People's Committee, it has mobilised social capital from private businesses to make floral and lighting decorations for the Lunar New Year of the Dragon 2024.

Accordingly, the MoNo BoGo Vietnam Co., Ltd. will be involved in making a 5m-high Ly Dynasty-style dragon statue made of Bat Trang ceramic in the area on the T-shaped Bridge, opposite 42 Bach Dang Street at a total cost of VND1.5 billion.

The Tin An Construction Consulting JSC will support the installation plan of the dragon statue.

The EPS Trading and Technology JSC will be in charge of making support frames for the above-mentioned dragon statue, and preparing for decorative greenery and lighting systems.

The Le Nguyen Outdoor Advertising and Interior Decoration Company will renovate 12 lighting posts on the bridge. Meanwhile, the Acecook Viet Nam Company will accompany the city in making floral and lighting decorations at the sidewalk area of extended Bach Dang Street with a length of about 50m and the semicircular bridge area opposite the intersection of extended Bach Dang and Binh Minh 4 streets.
