In 2023 alone, members of the Da Nang Photography Club won a total of 310 awards at the provincial, regional, national and international levels.

Over the past year, the Club coordinated with relevant units to organise such photo contests as ‘Traditional beauty of the Nam O Village’, ‘Beauty of the Avalokiteśvara Festival - Marble Mountains’, ‘Beautiful photos of Hoa Bac Tourism’, and ‘Da Nang International Fireworks Festival’.

At the same time, the club organised creative camps at the Tam Tien Fish Market, the My Son Sanctuary, the Cau Hai Lagoon, and the Ba Na–Nui Chua Nature Reserve.

Mr. Tran Van Truyen, Head of the Da Nang Photography Club, said that in 2024, the club will focus on organising the ‘Beauty of Soldiers’ creative camp; collaborating with the Da Nang General Science Library to host a photo exhibition themed ‘Colours of Da Nang’ at the Spring Newspaper Festival 2024; and developing new members.
