The Viet Nam - Korea Festival 2024 will take place at Da Nang’s East Sea Park from August 16 - 18, featuring an array of unique and attractive activities and events.

Notable among them will be a seminar sharing South Korea’s experiences in developing such strong economic fields as hi-tech and hi-tech agriculture; booths introducing cultural characteristics, products and services of the two countries; a space to wear Hanbok and Vietnamese ‘ao dai’; Taewondo performances; performances of traditional Korean musical instruments and arts; Viet Nam-Korea cultural and artistic exchange programme; and Viet Nam-Korea cooking contest.

The Viet Nam - Korea Festival was held for the first time in Da Nang in 2022 to mark the 30^th anniversary of the diplomatic relations between Viet Nam and South Korea (1992-2022). Through two successful organizsations, the festival has become an annual cultural diplomacy event in the city, contributing to promoting and deepening the cooperative relationship between Da Nang and South Korean localities and partners.
