The Da Nang Art Photography Association has announced its information page specialising in organizing online photo contests and exhibitions and launching the ‘Da Nang Art Photography 2024’ (DAPA 24) contest.

The association’s information page has the website address: dapa.com.vn, aiming to improve the professional skills of art photography, update new knowledge, and apply software to photography techniques.

In addition, this is a place to organise the association's online photography contests and exhibitions, post the rules, receive and store photos on a digital platform, contributing to saving the budget, promoting digital transformation in artistic activities, and bringing photography closer to the public.

On this occasion, the Da Nang Art Photography Association launched the ‘Da Nang Art Photography 2024’ contest to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the city’s Liberation Day (March 29, 1975 - March 29, 2025). This is a contest that digitises all stages such as reception, selection and exhibition online.

The contest’s awards will be recognised under the auspices of the Viet Nam Association of Photographic Artists, accompanied by gold, silver, bronze and encouragement medals of the Da Nang Art Photography Association, without prize money; online exhibition on the association’s information page without photo royalties.

Photos submitted to the contest are single photos or photo series (maximum 10 photos) in the following categories: landscape, sports, tourism, nature, environmental biology, wildlife, traditional cultural craft villages, portraits, daily life and still life.
