On Wednesday, Miss International 2024 Huynh Thi Thanh Thuy interacted and experienced traditional Japanese culture with Consul General of Japan in Da Nang Mori Takero and his wife.

Consul General Mori Takero congratulated Huynh Thi Thanh Thuy on becoming the first Vietnamese beauty to be crowned at this prestigious contest.

Miss International Huynh Thi Thanh Thuy expressed her joy at receiving the support, attention and congratulations from the Consulate General of Japan in Da Nang. She hoped to act as a bridge to promote cultural exchange and tourism development between Viet Nam and Japan.

During the meeting, Miss Thanh Thuy experienced traditional Japanese culture with Consul General Mori Takero and his wife such as Ikebana - the Japanese art of arranging flowers, and Japanese tea ceremony.
