The 2025 Da Nang International Marathon (DNIM) will take place at the East Sea Park on March 23.

It will comprise a 42 km full marathon, a 21 km half marathon, a 10km run, and a 5km run, plus a 1.5km run for kids.

DNIM is the first professional marathon in Viet Nam which was certified by the International Association of Athletics Federations (IAAF) and the Association of International Marathons and Distance Races (AIMS) in 2014. Thanks to this, the competition has proved very popular and attracted an increasing number of runners, from both home and abroad, over the years.

Athletes' performances at DNIM qualify them to register for such prestigious marathons in the world as Boston Marathon, London Marathon, New York City Marathon, Berlin Marathon, Chicago Marathon and Tokyo Marathon.

DNIM has the largest number of international runners participating in Viet Nam. Last year's event welcomed 9,000 runners from all over the world, including nearly 1,800 international athletes from nearly 60 countries and territories, and 7,500 domestic runners.
