25 teams compete in Da Nang Chef Competition 2025
Twenty-five teams of chefs from hotels, restaurants, and culinary training facilities across Da Nang participated in the Da Nang Chef Competition 2025 hosted by the municipal Department of Tourism on Sunday.

The teams competed in two rounds: food preparation and presentation. According to the organizers, the participating teams prepared creative dishes but still preserving traditional flavours. Based on the criteria of food quality, preparation techniques, decoration, presentation meaning, and appropriate costumes, the organisers selected the best teams to award prizes.
As a result, Team Le Comptoir Danang French Restaurant won the first prize, and Team Hilton Garden Inn Danang Hotel took the second prize. Teams Belle Maison Parosand Danang Hotel and Crowne Plaza Danang City Center shared the third prizes. Three consolation prizes went to teams Dong A University, Herbal Pizza & Steak Hoi An Restaurant, and Hyatt Regency Danang Resort & Spa.
The competition aimed to honour the beauty of the chef profession, while promoting Da Nang culinary tourism to domestic and foreign tourists.
