The exhibition “Da Nang - Then and Now” is taking place in an open space next to the Da Nang Museum until March 30.

Speaking at the opening ceremony of the exhibition on March 22, Deputy Director of the Da Nang Department of Culture and Sports Ha Vy emphasised that the exhibition reviews the glorious historical journeys, and honours the great achievements that the army, people and the government have achieved. At the same time, it contributes to affirming the position of Da Nang in the integration and development period.

The exhibition is a journey back in time, vividly recreating the image of Da Nang from the early days of its formation to its strong development today.

Featuring 305 photos and sketches, plus nearly 3,000 documents from books, newspapers and royal decrees, the exhibition provides a comprehensive view of the city's urban history and its daily innovation. It also helps today's generation better understand the efforts and sacrifices of ancestors to continue to build and protect the city in the future.
