Speaking at the opening ceremony of the exhibition, Chairman of the Da Nang Union of Literature and Arts Associations Nguyen Nho Khiem said that the exhibition was a special cultural and artistic event gathering works of talented artists from many different regions.
On display at the exhibition are not only aesthetically beautiful paintings but also profound stories and aspirations about the homeland, the country and sacred spiritual values.
Each painting is a unique work of arts that demonstrates the artists' creativity, passion and love for the culture and homeland of Da Nang in particular and the country in general.
More than 60 artworks with different materials depict the image of Bodhisattva Avalokiteśvara with clarity, wisdom and compassion. At the same time, they reflect the beauty of the Marble Mountains amidst majestic nature and profound spiritual life. The paintings also remind viewers of their homeland, country and traditional values of the nation.
The exhibition offers a good opportunity to contemplate the spiritual values between people and nature, and between tradition and modernity, thereby promoting the religious culture of Da Nang to domestic and foreign tourists. It lasts until March 19.
