Located at 174 on 2 September Street, the Tulip Czech Beer Restaurant is the first and only brewery restaurant in Da Nang.  The restaurant is well-known for its secret brewing recipes. 

The beer is prepared following traditional 19th century brewing technologies from the Czech Republic’s Pilsen City.  Dark and light beers are served here.  The tasty, cool dark beer is produced using pure ingredients, including yellow barley malt, black barley malt, Houblon flower, yeast, and pure water.  Malt is liquefied, proteinased and sweetened.  It is settled and filtered to separate the pulp from the fermenting liquor, which is then stored for 20 to 30 days.  The beer produced has a dark colour, a delicious taste, and an alcohol level of over 4.5%.  In an effort to produce high-class beers, the restaurant employs a number of professional brewers from Hong Kong.
