The municipal Department of Information and Communications has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Daegu Office of Planning and Cooperation in South Korea, and the Korea Information Technology (IT) Industry Promotion Agency.  The aim is to build e-government information systems in Da Nang.

Under the MoU, the focus will be on exchanging IT experts and developing high-quality human resources.  In addition, the Daegu office will fund a project on an auto-released public administrative document service.  As a result, local individuals and organisations who are in need of administrative forms will be provided with either standard forms or fully-completed ones, certified with the relevant digital signatures.  This is one of the useful services in standardising IT services of e-government.

Representatives from three agencies signing the MoU
