Mr Le Ba Minh from Daiwa Vietnam Co Ltd in Da Nang’s Hoa Khanh Industrial Park was honoured at the recent ‘Proud of Vietnamese Intellectual Labour 2017’ programme.  He had created an automatic machine for cutting components.

Organised by the Viet Nam General Federation of Labour (VGCL), the event aimed to honour Vietnamese employees who have created outstanding products for use in production activities and daily life.

Most notably, Minh’s machine made it into the top 10 most outstanding products in the programme.

Minh is now the deputy head of a technical department for producing automatic silk reeling machines at Daiwa Vietnam Co Ltd.  The talented and strong-willed man is always highly appreciated and respected by his colleagues for his great dedication to the company.

His product is compact, relatively lightweight, highly affordable, and easy-to-use.  The machine has been used widely in his company, and it has proved very efficient and useful.  In particular, the use of the machine has helped the company save money by not needing to import expensive machines from foreign countries, and to increase productivity and profitability.

The machine has partly enhanced the company’s prestige in the local market, and has encouraged other employees to make greater efforts to create more useful products.
