A voice-controlled smart home model display area was jointly opened at 371 Ton Dan Street, Da Nang, on Tuesday by the LVTSmart Technology JSC, the Lumi Viet Nam, research and teaching group TRT-3C from the city-based University of Technology and Education and some experts working in the Silicon Valley, the U.S.A. Also, a programme on research and development of smart home applications in Da Nang was launched here.

The display area serves as a place for lecturers and students from the University of Technology and Education to conduct their learning, teaching and research activities into smart technologies.

Besides, this inviting place offers a rendezvous for experts on smart devices and technologies from the world’s leading tech firms, especially those operating in the Silicon Valley, to discuss the updates of digital and smart technologies.

On display at this area are smart house solutions that meet the CE and UL compliance standards. These devices are offered by Vietnamese partners at only 30-40% of the price of imported ones, especially voice control solutions.

To mark the occasion, the LVTSmart Technology JSC will install the voice-controlled smart home models at some local families for free-of-charge 2-week experience, and offer 5% and 10% discounts on its equipment and installation costs respectively, and a 2-year warranty for its installed smart homes.
