Da Nang schools will remain shut until 15 March to halt coronavirus spread, extending a closure that began a month ago. Kindergarten children, primary, junior and senior high school students across the city haven’t gone to school since 3 February.

Except for twelfth-grade students, the Da Nang government allowed to come back from 2-7 March.

However, after Da Nang recorded its first two cases of the new coronavirus on 8 March, the municipal authorities shut all schools until 15 March to take actions to slow the spread of the virus, and to contain the disease.
