A total of 12,716 candidates in Da Nang have completed all tests at the national senior high school graduation exam 2021, which run from July 6 to 8, at 31 citywide exam venues. The event took place in a smooth and strict manner in face of the unpredictable development of COVID-19.

As observed, all of the exam takers strictly complied with the mandatory COVID-19 prevention and control regulations such as wearing face coverings, and have their body temperatures checked and their hands disinfected as well.

Assessing the exam, Mr. Tran Nguyen Minh Thanh, Deputy Director of the Department of Education and Training, Chairman of the municipal Examination Council, said that, exam preparations were made thoughtfully and carefully in all aspects, from the issuance of the test plans, the exam regulations and clear guidance documents, to good physical facilities in service for exams.

Simultaneously, the Department of Education and Training effectively partnered with the Department of Health to conduct COVID-19 testing on all candidates and personnel staffing exam venues, and closely coordinated with other competent local agencies so as to ensure the great success of this important educational event.

Now, it can be said that the exams went smoothly as initially planned. No unusual incidents occurred at exam venues, whilst no invigilators and candidates violated the exam regulations. The educational forces will mark the tests and announce the results under the direction of the Ministry of Education and Training.
