The Da Nang People's Committee has issued a plan on deploying the national digital address platform in the city.

According to the plan, as the basic target in 2022, 100% of individuals, households and the offices of agencies and organisations will be assigned with digital addresses. 100% of the owners and managers of the above-mentioned objects are notified of digital address code information and have digital address plates attached. Also, there is at least one digital mapping application put into use.

By 2025, 100% of the remaining objects include facilities for people's living, socio-economic, traffic works, zones, subdivisions, land plots, other objects assigned with digital addresses in line with the roadmap of the Digital Transformation Project in the city until 2025, towards 2030.

The implementation contents include creating and updating the database of national digital addresses in the city; promoting the use of digital address platform services associated with digital maps; announcing the digital address and attaching the digital address plate; organising publicity on the national digital address platform.

By 2025, all households across Viet Nam would have digital addresses, and all farmer households would participate in e-commerce platforms developed by postal companies.
