A total of more than 7,500 job vacancies were offered to graduates in Da Nang through the ‘Student Job Day’, which was held by the Da Nang Department of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs in collaboration with the Da Nang University of Science and Technology.

The event aims to create employment opportunities for students and offer career guidance those in need.

The event attracted the participation of dozens of enterprises operating in Da Nang and other cities and localities nationwide with many recruitment forms such as completing application dossiers, face-to-face interviews and registering through job service centre.

Also at the job fair, students had the opportunity to learn more about the job market from such activities as job counselling, exchanges of job application skills and programme to work abroad under contract, labor exports and access to start-up loans.

The highly practical event helped create a relationship between the school and the employer, thereby contributing to the implementation of the policy of linking training with social needs.
