The University of Foreign Language Studies - the University of Da Nang (UFLS), has recently held the opening ceremony of the new 2022-2023 school year.

In the 2022-2023 academic year, the university welcomes 1,774 new students in 26 majors of 9 faculties, bringing the total number of full-time students in the whole school to nearly 7,000.

In the last academic year, the university's students received a total of nearly VND6.6 billion worth of scholarships. Of this, more than VND 652 million worth of scholarships was funded by city-based organizations and businesses. Nearly VND 513 million worth of full scholarships went to outstanding students enrolling in the university in 2021. Study encouragement scholarships for the 2021-2022 academic year were valued at more than VND 3.2 billion in total, whilst more than VND2.2 billion went to support students affected by COVID-19.
