Virtual voice assistant added to support Da Nang residents in online public services

The Da Nang Department of Information and Communications has upgraded and put into use a virtual assistant that automatically supports residents in public administrative services.

The virtual assistant will facilitate easy access to information about administrative procedures in areas of their great interest, the city's legal documents, popular socio-economic information, and others for  organizations and citizens in the city.

Users need to access the Da Nang Public Service Portal on a computer or phone, and then click on the virtual assistant icon in the lower right corner of the screen. Users can ask questions by text or voice, the virtual assistant will respond via message (Chatbot) or voice (Voicebot).

As of late November 2022, the number of public services with online applications accounted for 90.43% of the total, an increase of 4.68% compared to late Octoberand exceed the city's target of 85% set for late 2022. The rate of online dossiers reached 71%, up 4% compared to October 2022 and surpassing the city's target of 65% by the end of the year.
