Da Nang university cooperates with Japanese enterprises to train and research on cybersecurity

On Sunday, the Da Nang-based Duy Tan University, and the Suganuma JSC and the FORE JSC, both in Japan, inked a Memorandum of Understanding on enhancing cooperation, training and research on cybersecurity.

Under the deal, the three sides will develop joint training and research programmes on cybersecurity; and organise information, knowledge, skill and experience exchange activities between lecturers and students.

The focus will be on improving knowledge and professional skills on cybersecurity and other related knowledge for Duy Tan University’s students; as well as facilitate them to work at Japanese enterprises involving cybersecurity.

Furthermore, the Fore JSC and the Duy Tan University will together build a common Lab for training and research.

Staff from the Fore JSC will be directly involved in some teaching activities about cybersecurity for Duy Tan students.

Meanwhile, the Suganuma JSC will award scholarships in cash or other forms to outstanding students participating in a joint cybersecurity training and research programme.
