The Da Nang Youth Union has recently cooperated with the municipal Department of Information and Communications to organise the ‘Digital Transformation Pioneer Youth Festival’ in 2023. With the support of VNPT Da Nang, the Da Nang Youth Union launched the application “Da Nang Youth” available for use by nearly 700 Youth Union members and young people who were present at the festival.

The above-mentioned application integrates utilities such as platforms for implementing online contests organised by the Youth Union, volunteer management, as well as necessary information about support packages for study and healthcare.

On this initial basis, the Da Nang Youth Union and VNPT Da Nang will continue to perfect new features in the future such as providing information on blood donations, employment needs of enterprises, introductory videos about 86 ‘red addresses’, historical and cultural relics across the city.

The festival also featured many other activities such as the seminar ‘Promoting the role of youths in digital transformation applications’; ‘Exhibition of digital transformation products among Youth Union members in 2023’; ‘Youth research, approach to digital transformation, startups and innovations’ contest, and launching a knowledge contest about ‘Digital Transformation’ this year.
