In recent days, students from provinces and cities nationwide have flocked to Da Nang-based universities for enrollment. In order to reduce congestion and create the most favourable conditions for freshmen and their parents, universities citywide have received applications according to major groups with the support of groups of volunteers.

On Thursday morning, the University of Economics - the University of Da Nang received a large number of students. In the 2023-2024 academic year, the university welcomes 3,200 new students.

Since September 5, the university has received 300 students in halls of residence and connected with a system of the city’s dormitories to find about 100 more accommodations for new students. Also, it has launched a support programme to seek accommodations for new students.

Meanwhile, the University of Technical Education - the University of Da Nang has a total enrolment of about 1,670 full-time students involving 19 engineering majors.

From September 6 to 9, the reception desks for new students are divided according to the majors of the faculties. The school's Youth Union members are actively involved in supporting new students with enrollment procedures.

Similarly, the Da Nang University of Science and Technology welcomes more than 3,400 freshmen. To create favourable conditions for them, the school prepares detailed plans and facilities and arranges human resources to be ready for enrollment work.

Banners, slogans, and check-in locations to welcome freshmen are displayed everywhere from the school gate to the lecture hall.

In addition to accepting freshmen applications, the university arranges 250 accommodations for new students and launches the app "BK's Map 2023", a room search tool for students.
