The festival aimed to raise awareness of teachers, pupils and their parents about the role of science and technology, thereby promoting passion for scientific research as well as career orientation from an early age.
A wide range of exciting activities were held during the festival. Specifically, pupils in grades 6 and 7 competed in making super-fast ice cream; and pupils in grades 8 and 9 making DC electric motor fans.
At the same time, there were 52 "Creativity with STEM" booths displaying more than 150 products made by pupils of all grades, and prize-winning products at science and technology competitions at district and municipal levels for the 2023-2024 school year.
Also, a contest on teaching aids and digital learning materials was organised for school teachers.
On the occasion, the school coordinated with colleges and intermediate schools in the city to provide career counseling and guidance to pupils in order to help them orient and prepare for their careers in the future.
