South Korean students learn about Da Nang culture
The Hai Chau District People's Committee in Da Nang held a ceremony on Wednesday to welcome a group of pupils from Uiwang City, South Korea.

Accordingly, the delegation from Uiwang City included two civil servants of the Cooperation and Exchange Department, and 10 junior high school pupils.
During their stay in Da Nang from February 20 to 26, the South Korean visitors take part in cultural exchange activities with pupils from junior high schools in Hai Chau District. Also, they are taken to visit museums, historical sites, and tourist spots in the district and the city as a whole.
This is an opportunity for South Korean students to experience and learn about the culture, history and people of Hai Chau District, thereby, contributing to tightening the relationship between Hai Chau District and Uiwang City in the coming time.
In late 2022, Hai Chau District and Uiwang City signed a Memorandum of Understanding on promote education cooperation.
Within the framework of their visit to Uiwang City in 2023, the delegation of Hai Chau District signed a cooperation agreement with Uiwang City on organising cultural exchange programmes for junior high school pupils of the two localities.
