During 10 years of teaching, Ms. Ngo Thi Ngoc Diem has always been dedicated to her profession, and had many outstanding achievements and contributions to the education and training sector.

As a Literature teacher, she is passionate about researching and designing lessons to inspire pupils to feel the beauty in each literary work, thereby guiding them to the values of truth - goodness - beauty.

“Innovating teaching methods, and testing and evaluating students, are quite important. Therefore, I actively boost the application of information technology in archiving records, preparing e-lectures and innovating creative teaching methods, thereby promoting the qualities and abilities of learners, and enhancing pupils' self-study and self-development ability" Ms. Diem shared.

With her continuous efforts, Ms. Diem has achieved high prizes in competitions for excellent teachers, e-Learning electronic lecture design, and reading culture ambassador from 2015 to 2024.

Since 2019, she has had initiatives and scientific research topics recognised at the district level, including “Some measures to increase pupils' positivity and initiative in Literature classes”; “Organisation of creative experiential activities in the Literature programme for grade 8”; “Applying the technique of asking questions according to Bloom's cognitive level in the Literature programme for grade 6 - Creative Horizons book series”; “Creating excitement for learning through creative experiential activities in the Literature programme for grade 8”; and “Applying the Bloom's thinking scale to promote pupils' qualities and abilities in the Literature programme for grade 6, Creative Horizons book series”.

In addition to professional work, as a homeroom teacher, Ms. Diem always wholeheartedly cares for, supports, and helps her pupils because she believes that "a child educated with love will become a person who knows how to love".

In the 2023-2024 school year, with her help, Huynh Tho Cuong, a pupil with a physical disability, overcame his inferiority complex, actively took part in school movements, and integrated with the class. At the end of the year, the pupil achieved the title of excellent student and was a good student in the Math team for grade 6.

After more than 10 years of working, teacher Nguyen Thi Bich Ngoc from the Hong Dao Kindergarten, still has a special love for the profession.

Ms. Ngoc shared that the reason she fell in love with the profession was quite simple: she loved children. Gradually, over the years, she realised that she was suitable for her job and she has been working with it until now.

She always researches and applies new teaching methods to help children develop comprehensively. Every day in class, she pays attention to creating a joyful atmosphere so that the children actively participate in activities to become bolder and more confident. She also provides the children with the necessary skills to enter the next level of education.

In the 2023-2024 academic year, Ms. Ngoc achieved many achievements in teaching such as the “Excellent Teacher” title at the district level; “Emulation fighter” title at the grassroots level; second prize in the innovation and creativity in teaching movement; and district-level initiative with the topic "Some measures to improve the ability to apply information technology in teaching".

In the coming time, Ms. Ngoc will continue to improve her professional qualifications and skills, and constantly learn and research good methods of child care and education to apply in teaching practice.
