The University of Da Nang (UD) has reently organised the ‘International student meeting and exchange programme - connections for sustainable development and welcoming the new year 2025’. In the 2023-2024 academic year, the UD received and trained 860 foreign students and trainees for short-term and long-term courses.

In particular, the number of international students joining long-term course during this academic year was 502, making an increase of more than 30% compared to the 2022-2023 academic year (372).

The UD has operated regular training programmes at the undergraduate, master's and doctoral levels; Vietnamese language preparatory and short-term programmes; short-term training exchanges programmes (1 year or less) and cultural exchanges; internship, survey and research programmes.

On this occasion, the UD commended and rewarded international students with high academic achievements and positive contributions to students’ movements; awarded 7 scholarships to Vietnamese students through cooperation between the UD and MyTeams Company (Australia).
