The 2024 "Road Traffic Safety Awareness" competition concluded its final round on the morning of December 7, featuring seven teams from senior high schools across Da Nang.

The competing teams included Ngu Hanh Son Senior High School, Ngo Quyen Senior High School, Le Quy Don Senior High School for the Gifted, FPT Senior High School, Thai Phien Senior High School, Nguyen Van Thoai Senior High School and Phan Thanh Tai Senior High School.

These were the competing teams that successfully passed the preliminary round held on November 30 with the participation of 28 teams, representing 28 senior high schools in Da Nang.

In the final round, the teams competed in the same format as the preliminary round: quick quizzes, questions with suggested answers and eloquence with topics related to traffic culture.

The teams went through the warm-up round, acceleration round and especially the eloquence round with topics related to traffic, traffic awareness in the community associated with the theme of traffic safety year 2024 "Respecting the law to build a safe traffic culture".

As a result, Ngo Quyen Senior High School team won the first prize. Le Quy Don Senior High School for the Gifted team took the second prize. Phan Thanh Tai Senior High School and FPT Senior High School teams shared the third prize. The consolation prizes went to Thai Phien Senior High School and Nguyen Van Thoai Senior High School.

In addition, the organizing committee also awarded the ‘Best supporters’ prize to FPT Senior High School; ‘Best speaker’ for Le Quy Don Senior High School for the Gifted.
