Da Nang ranks 2nd for full-process online application rate
Data recently released by the Ministry of Information and Communications through the system monitoring and measuring the level of service provision (EMC system) shows that, from January 1 - December 31, 2024, the whole country had 8 agencies and localities with a rate of full-process online records of over 50%. Of which, Ha Nam Province recorded the highest rate of full-process online records at 68.54% among 63 provinces and cities nationwide, followed by Da Nang at 58.9%.

The Ministry of Industry and Trade topped the list of ministries and branches in term of full-process online record rate with 83.49%, followed by the Ministry of Finance with 78.44%, and the Ministry of Justice with 77.66%.
It is known that the rate of full-process online records was one of the factors showing the application of online public services. Full-process online public services ensured the provision of all information on administrative procedures. The implementation and settlement of administrative procedures were all carried out in the online environment. The return of results was done online or through public postal services.
In 2025, the Ministry of Information and Communications sets a target to promote the rate of full-process online records nationwide to reach 80%.
