As one of the pioneering localities in implementing the modern education model, since late 2024, Lien Chieu District has been concentrating on building many digital classrooms, digital libraries and STEM practice rooms, and purchasing learning equipment for schools in the locality. This is considered to be an important premise to allow students to access knowledge in a modern way, thereby contributing to building a smart learning environment.
At the same time, the district authorities actively coordinate with some units to organise training courses on improving digital capacity for teachers to help them make the most of equipped scientific and technical resources.
Ms. Thanh Thi Nhu Quynh, a Natural Science teacher at the Nguyen Luong Bang Junior High School, said that in order to ensure the efficiency of teaching in digital classrooms and STEM practice rooms, the school's teachers are trained to proficiently use digital equipment, effectively interact and connect with devices, and build lively lessons that stimulate pupils' thinking.
"Through practical teaching, modern equipment is very helpful for teachers in interacting and imparting knowledge to pupils. On the other hand, thanks to innovation in teaching and learning, pupils are also very interested in learning, and volunteering to go to the board to answer questions" Ms. Quynh shared.
Meanwhile, schools in Hoa Vang District have been invested in modern facilities and teaching equipment in order to facilitate teachers and pupils to experience advanced technology, hereby meeting the needs of comprehensive educational innovation.
