According to the World Health Organisation (WHO), approximately 1.3 million people are cut short each year as a result of road traffic crashes. People of any socioeconomic status, age, sex can be involved in road traffic accidents at any time. Therefore, to reduce potential risks in transportation as well as ensure safety when participating in traffic, the National Traffic Safety Committee has issued several "golden rules” mentioned below.
