The Vietnamese Ministry of Information and Communications has just promulgated Circular 22/2021/TT-BTTTT detailing a number of articles of Decree No. 91/2020/ND-CP of the national government on combating spam messages, spam emails, spam calls. The Circular takes effect from March 1, 2022, giving specific instructions to help users reflect and provide evidence of spam messages and calls.
