The Ministry of Public Security plans to issue new plates with white backgrounds, black letters and numbers for cars of businesses, organizations and individuals, which will be publicly posted on the National Web Portal on property auctions, the website of the Ministry of Public Security, the website of the Traffic Police Department under the Ministry of Public Security, online auction website of the asset auction organization and on the mass media 30 days before the auction.
