The Vietnamese Ministry of Industry and Trade has recently issued Document No. 5923/BCT-DTDL sent to agencies of the National Assembly, ministries, sectors and localities for opinions on plans to improve the new electricity retail price structure. Accordingly, the Ministry of Industry and Trade proposes 2 options of 5-tier and 4-tier domestic electricity tariff.
