According to the Ministry of Finance, by the end of the first 11 months this year, the total allocated public investment capital from the State budget in 2022 is estimated at VND 620,873 billion, reaching 107.04% of the capital plan assigned by the Prime Minister. In which, central budget capital is VND 275,101 billion and local budget balance capital is VND 345,772 billion.
