Over the past 12 years, the National target programme on building new-style rural areas has achieved great achievements, becoming a movement with far-reaching and powerful influence in the whole society, contributing to the adoption of Resolution 26-NQ/TW of the 10th Central Committee of the Communist Party on agriculture, farmers and rural areas put into practice.
