According to Circular 60/2023/TT-BTC dated September 7, 2023, issued by the Ministry of Finance regarding the regulation of fees for registration, collection, exemption, and management of motor vehicle registration and license plates for road traffic, starting from October 22, 2023, there are four cases in which motor vehicle registration fees are exempted.
