Starting from December 10, 2023, the Prime Minister's Decision No. 24/2023/QD-TTg on the criteria for determining individuals exposed to and infected with HIV due to occupational accidents officially takes effect. According to this decision, the blood sample for testing must be taken from individuals exposed to HIV within the period from 30 days to 180 days prior to the occurrence of the occupational accident.
