The government has just issued Decree 85/2023/NĐ-CP amending certain provisions of Decree 115/2020/NĐ-CP dated September 25, 2023, on recruitment and management of civil servants. This amendment includes revisions to the standards and conditions for registering for professional title promotion examination.
