Da Nang People's Committee has recently issued Decision No. 70/QD-UBND on the implementation plan for the sustainable exploitation and use of resources, environmental protection of seas and islands until 2030, with a vision towards 2050. The decision sets the objective for the maritime sector to contribute 10% to the city's Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) by the year 2025 and 15% by the year 2030.
