The Da Nang People's Committee has issued Decision No. 88/QD-UBND approving the investment project for the construction of the road improvement along both sides of the south Hai Van Tunnel Bypass (from Hoa Lien to Tuy Loan) with a total investment of VND 502.64 billion from the municipal budget.
