In 2024, Da Nang’s construction sector strives to promote and enhance the efficiency of disbursing public investment capital. The value of public investment capital implemented in 2024 which will be converted into the city’s Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP), assuming that all will be channelled into the construction sector, is expected to reach VND 2.185 trillion, an increase of 21.84% against 2023 (VND 1.793 trillion), and a rise of 19.49% compared to the average during the 2021-2023 period (VND 1.828 trillion).
